I had applied for a personal loan of Rs. 1 lakhs from Bajaj Finserv. While signing the loan paper they made me sign on some health insurance and future group term life policy application papers.I said the gentleman charged with the job that I don’t need this insurance as I already have 2 health insurance. He further informed me that this is mere formality and I will not be charged for the same.
When finally my loan was disbursed I found that I was charged Rs. 3102 and Rs. 844 for the two insurance which i had no need for.I also received an email and a sms informing the disbursal of loan amount Rs 92144 in my account whereas an amount of Rs. 91873 was only credited into my account.
