Dolphin Tours & Travels committed to refund a particular amount for cancellation of ticket within 10-15 days. I cancelled the ticket on 21st July, 2017 and also got a confirmation mail of cancellation. Today is 19th august, till not received the refundable amount. Mailed them twice, called several times but there was no co-operation & no response. Please help.
