Sub: Miss Behavior
I would like to inform you that I went to HDFC Bank Sec-31 Gurgaon on dated 25.01.2011 for update the mobile number for phone banking. And I already give this complaint four times to Miss Pooja but till now we get no any response.
On dated 25.01.2011 the concern person Pooja was on leave. That’s why I went to Branch manager Miss Meenu Lamba and still instead of get response from Meenu Lamba she told me I am not related to this and you contact to either Pooja or counter no.2.
But counter no 2 fully help (may be Mr Pankaj) us.
Now again Mr. Pankaj fill the form give us commitment that it will complete with in 7 days. Now again I went to Branch Manager for confirmation & also requesting that it will complete or not.
But she told me that this is not my work I don’t know that it will complete or not please don’t come again again in my office and you can go now.
Then we asked for the complaint location & or No. where we have to register the complaint or on which No. then she refuse to tell me to give any complaint specific no. and said us that which you like then you can do anything I don’t care.
I really too much hurt to get this behavior.
Please I want to kind attention that please kindly take action about it and assign this seat to that person that has helpful nature and also who should be able to satisfied the consumer.
