Sir, i have bought a new car named Scoda Fabia from M/s sagar Autotech, bhopal for Rs 6,57,000/-. At the time of purchase, the company’s sales person commits the mileage of 22 km per ltr, but from the date of purchase i got only mileage of 15 km / ltr.
I have longed several complaints on costumer help line no.18001026464 direct to company, but company persons are not helping.
In first-second month of purchase they told me that car required running of 5000 km for proper mileage.
Then after they told me that car required running of 10000 km for proper mileage.
In the month of June they told me that for trial you have to filled full tank fuel. I got full tank. As per there representative the mileage was 8 km /ltr.
They have taken my car for 4 days, they told me that they have changed some parts. They have consumed around 15 ltr fuel in repairing work.
After using a car for a week, i have got the same mileage. Again i went service center, they are not responding.
I told them if you are helpless then change the car and gave them car.
They are not changing my car. They wasted my time and money.
Please provide compensation with changed car. And advice company to not frustrate customer.
Please take action as soon as possible because my car is still with themselves.
