I had purchased a Panasonic Microwave from Reliance Digital Hyderabad Last July. It was covered under their res-q warranty. Last month there was abreakdown in the machine. Inspite of several reminders and complaints, neither reliance nor panasonic has rectified the problem. The panasonic service engineers came twice tue answers old some part has gone dismantled the machine and took it away. Now it is one month since then, if i call them i get vague answers like part is not available, it has been dispatched etc. et
