Dear Sir/Ma’am,
I have purchased Handset Micromax A-73/ on 22nd June’12, my phone was dead with in a week.Morning I had visited the service center in MP Nagar Zone-2 in Bhopal. They have told me that this handset has manufacturing defect and PCB has to be change.Till now they are not solving the problem.They are giving excuses instead of replacing or repairing the handset.Request you to take this up with the Micromax as they are selling a product which have manufacturing defect and even not able to replace the defected product.
Its more than 2 months now !!!!
