On 12/05/12 I got the micromax funbook got faulty product it doesnt work properly i given complaint to snap deal complaint no. is 526302. as per snapdeal customer care instruction on send back product to snap deal on 18/05/12 from Blue Dart courier docket no. is 13504941586 they told me we giving your courier amount Rs.690/- & product amount Rs.6990/- in 15 to 20 days but still my money not came i am facing too much problem
please help me in this problem
