Name of company/service: Micromax
I brought a micromax handset Smartphone A85 in Feb. 2012 and it started giving problems from the very next month.
In May 2012 i gave my complaint to SGS Communication Ludhiana (Micromax Smartphone Service Center) and they sent this to Delhi for repair. But after 2 Months the handset was just as i gave them with all the faults.
I refuse to accept and the person Amit (Prop. SGS Communication) acknowledged about the faults and talked with Mr. Amit (Micromax representative at Delhi) might be some engineer or senior. But the responce was really bad.
After 10 days again handset was having same faults and even the body was broken and there was no words for Mr. Amit Saggu.
Please suggest me what to do? How to file a case or any solution to it.
