Metal Ladder has not been delivered as agreed

I have bought Metal Ladder/Shoe Rack and Iron board (self pickup) from HOUEFULL,KUKATPALLY on 16th June. I was told that other two (Metal Ladder/Shoe rack) will be delivered by 24th June.

After several folloups, they have delivered shoe rack on July 4th and Faulty (old) ladder. They have tried to cheat me by delivering old ladder on 4th and I have retured the same.

Till today (17th July), I have not received the ladder. They are not responding to my mails and calls. I have to abuse them in my mails, which I would not like to do.

Please hlep to resolve this at the earliest. It is not about the money, but it is about the fraud/cheating of HOUSEFULL,KUKATPPLY.
