Name of company/service: Airtel
On 28th Dec,11, I had activated a Message pack worth Rs.24, which charges 5p/msg on sending msg to Airtel and 10p/msg on other for 30 days.
On that vary day only the msg pack got deactivated.
I had made several calls to the customer care regarding this problem but till today i.e. 4th,Jan’12 the issue hasn’t been resolved.
Please go through this complain of mine ASAP and take a legal action.
