Message of attaching Credit Card for Bill Payment without any Request

Dears,

I have a Idea cellular no. 9855207010 of Punjab Circle. On dt. 04.04.2012, I received a message from Idea Company i.e.” maintain a balance in your credit card , your payment for idea bill in process”.
But I never authorize idea cellular to attach my credit card. When I called in their customer care 198 for this. They say wrongly we sent message. When I ask for kindly sent Ignore message. They say it is not possible. When I ask for register my request not to add my credit card. They also say we cannot add request. Clearly show Idea company knowingly trying to cheat consumers. I request TRAI to look this matter.
