Dear Sir/Madam,

Reference to above subject mentioned, i would like to inform you that , by
MISTAKE my wife purchased A TVS-Wego from M/s. Tayal-TVS,Neelam Bata Road,
Near Hotel Delite, Faridabad (Haryana)121001

From the very first day after taking the delivery from the showroom, it is
my unfortunate, that the purchased scooty, found the Silencer of the
Scooty, was damaged and we get it repair after marathon attempts ( 5-6
continuous visit to show room).

Later on at the time of First Service, found 2-3 dents at scooty’s mudguard
and asked them for the same, initially they were agreed for replace the
mudguard but later on they stated for repair of the same, we agreed for the
same. now after this episode after taking the delivery found some
scratches on the body and fitment was not correct, because of poor fitment
scooty was unbalanced and brake of the same were also very loose, for that
issue , today ( 24/06/2012) re-visited the showroom and asked for these
problems , the manager of the showroom has abused me physically & mentally
and tried to hit me on my face.

Now this has over the limit , would like to request you kindly do arrange
to take necessary & legal action and update me accordingly and also
kindly do get the replacement of scooty ASAP.
