Mentally Harassment by HDFC Bank

Name of company/service: Sr. Manager Client Servicing

I was handling a credit card of HDFC Bank and I used this card. Also I was paying the due amount but due to some reason now these days I am not able to pay amount of card.

I am not saying that I will not pay.I am a genuine customer and I need two month and in next two month I will pay full amount of my card.

Now one of your bank person Mr. Satyabhan (Sitting in HDFC Bank, Janakpuri DC Branch) (Contact No.-954030440) pressuring me to make min payment of card. He told me that he is a banker and he is onroll.

Currently my financial condition is not good and I am not able to pay but they people visited to my home and It’s really torchering me.

When I told him that I will be in DC branch then he told me to come with payment only.

Kindly do the needful, if it will be happened again I will suicide and it HDFC and Mr. Satyabhan will be responsible for this accident.
