Dear Sir,
I placed one Order to Living Style ( A Unit Of Laxmi Furniture’s), 350 , M.G Road, Sultanpur Metro Station, New Delhi-30 on 22/01/2012 for various furniture’s like Double Bed, Sofa, Dressing Table , Study Table, TV Unit etc. They took Full and Final Payment on 7/3/12 for making deliveries but on shockingly they sent half the material and that too with numerous faults/deficiencies. They took another one month to complete the deliveries and did a lot of work at our residence which should have been done at the factory. Unfortunately till date work has not been completed .One door of Study table was removed after it was damaged by the company person while doing some lock work at my residence. Now it has been more than one month they have not come back to complete the work. This has given our complete family mental trauma . This is complete failure at company part. We are tired of contacting them every day. We contacted owner, Sales Person everyone but hardly any response, instead sales person sent wrong sms of visits. Please help us to get out of this pathetic situation and mental trauma. We made full and final payment on 07/03/2012 but till date we are stranded because of Living Style. We need justice.
