I used to use a postpaid connection with idea cellular for last 1 year and my number is 9540821115. few time back they started voice chat service without my knowledge and when i talked to customer care , they said the amount will be refund you in your next bill but still they didn’t do this. After some time i called them to activate gprs service for rs 98 for 1 gb data on my phone and after using it only for 1 day my bill reached to the 2000. They charged Rs1800 for only 156mb usage. As my credit limit is 2000, from the next day my outgoing service was stopped by them and when i talked to them about so much charges imposed by them , they refused to co-operate. suddenly they stopped my incoming service also prior to due date of bill payment. Now idea care staff is threatening me, my family and my friends. one of their exec named rahul called me and threatened me to disgrace me and my family if i don’t pay the unnecessarily charged bill. i already applied for disconnection of this number but still they are sending me bills when i m not using this number. idea staff is very rude and non- cooperative. Me and my all known persons are very depressed from this and we will never use this telecom service in our life-time. idea staff abused me, my family and friends. Please resolve my issue.
