Dear Sir,
My parent sent me a urgent courier from Nangal Dam using Ondot Couriers & Cargo Ltd. on 1st June 2012. They promised to deliver this to Chennai within time period of 4 days. Today its 12th June I have not received the courier. Moreover they are not showing exact details on their web tracker and also the phone numbers (044-39860400/01/02/03)mentioned on the website http://ondot.co/contactus.asp are not working.
This is causing me mental harassment. Please file a complaint against the courier service on my behalf.
