Mental Harassment at the time of check in

This is to inform you that i was travelling from Jaipur to Delhi from Jet Airways on 27 October, 2018, flight no.9w788 at 5.00 p.m.. I have faced so much of inconvenience at the time of check in at airport, they do not have coordination among themselves about policies of their airways, simultaneously they were not informing us about where I have to go and after this much of mental harassment their employess do not have any idea regarding customer relations. They are so irresponsible relating to their work and customer relations, there were two lady employees who were talking rudely and without informing us just asking us to pay 500rs per baggage for check in because as per their policies only one baggage upto 15kg per person is allowed which was informed by their supervisor, only after when we went to their cabin; name of those lady employees are Ms. Sampada and Ms. Vaishnavi. They have done screening of our bags like thrice and asking us to go here and there. I was travelling with my two friends and my friend’s mother in law, from which one of my friend was ill and her mother in law being a senior citizen was harassed too.
The request to hon’ble forum is here as under:

1) that those two lady employees must apologise in writing for their behaviour;

2) that airlines shall pay compensation for mental harassment as this hon’ble forum;

3) any other adequate relief as hon’ble forum thinks fit.
