I am a policy holder of Health In surance, Policy No.221605/48/11/97/00000541. Had undergone for an operation for Nasal Bleeding on 12th April 2012 and submitted claim papers E-Meditek. They have allowed only 32524/- against 50605/- Paying premium to United India
Insurance Co Ltd for last 15 years and this is my first claim.
