I was admited to the Asian Institute of medical sciences, Faridabad on 25th October 2011, with fever and nousia. Soon after being admitted and diagnosed, we contacted Park Mediclaim TPA Pvt. Ltd. for cashless mediclaim, we have submitted all relevant documents on 26th October 2011, but have not received any refund so far. Despite repeated requests on e-mail, we have only been asked for more and more documents to clarify the illness and its duration.
I sincerely request you to please look into the matter and get us the mediclaim refund and I WOULD ALSO LIKE TO BOOK THEM ON HARASSMENT CHARGES, as it has been very long and it is torturous to go through it over and over again.
Please note: We have submitted hard copies for refund several times, also find 2 emails (as proof) written for the refund.

This is to inform you that I, Mrs. Priyanshi Sumit, was having fever on and off from one and a half months(45days approx.) before I was admitted to Asain Hospital for the treatment of the same on 26/10/2011.
This has been clearly mentioned in the discharge summary issued by Asain Hospital, submitted to you.
In this duration (45 days approx.), before admission, I was consulting a local doctor for the same, pls. refer to the prescription submitted.
However, other than this, there is no previous record of this Illness.
Pls. confirm acknowledgement of this mail.
Looking forward for your clear understanding of the above, I request you to pls. clear the pending dues ASAP.
