I have purchased a medical policy of sum assured Rs. 5 lack from star health & allied insurance company.In that policy i have been added my wife and my son along with me.In the time being of policy my son Siddhart Nigam suffers from a disease,therefore i have hospitalized him in tie up hospital list of star health & i inform him so at the initial stage medical insurance company send approval to hospital with 20000Rs. But at the time of settlement of final payment company denied to pay the amount of same. I have been paid amount for the same to settle bill & after that i approach company to reimburse amount so its not reimbursing my amount.
I have approval & advance papers which was send to hospital by insurance company along with my bills.Also have toll free recording in which executive accept that company pay all expense & u should dont worry about claim.
Kindly do the needful since i have arrange these amount from others.
