Dear Sir / Madam ,
With deep regret I introduce myself as Swaroop Mohanty from Bhubaneswar (Native) , I often shop at Max Retail Store Bhubaneswar,on dated 4th of Aug 2012 I purchased clothes worth Rs. 1762 in the evening @ Max Bhubaneswar Store , to find out 1 Jeans is Defective to Fit in , I rushed to the showroom within 1/2 an hour for a replacement , but i was denied politely by the Floor Manager that you cannot replace as the code is so & so …….. hell lot of excuses .
I find the Quality of Service Truly Pathetic & request you do put an eye on the said matter & help people not to rush Max Stores & fool themselves .

    Dear sir,

    With deep regret i introduce myself as payel pattanaik from bhubaneswar.i often shop at max retail bhubanswar.on marth 1st i had purchased a dress which cost rs1100.and i went for the exchange on 19th march.but salesmanager denied to do so as date has only extended by 3 dates as per the date of exchange.i was out of the city and that dress was taken for by sister which doesnt fits her.so i want to exchange the product.so please consider my problem and allow me for the exchange as soon as possible
