I had taken a dubai sim card in the month of April’12 for a limited usage for about 15 days. For which, I was told that there is no rentals and details of the call charges were shared. And I was asked to pay a security advance of Rs 2,500.00, which was returnable to me upon returing the sim card. Now that it is more than 2 months and my call charges would have been not more than Rs.300, they are yet to return my security advance and they aren’t responding to any of my calls. Absolutely unprofessional company with no ethics and filled with idiots/uneducated employees. The sales person was Soumyadeep Mukarjee and dishka Verma, both useless and unprofessionals. I would urge all the matrix sim buyers to be careful as they promise something and deliver nothing but fraud!!!
