Manufacturing Defect and Worse after sale service of Tata Nano

We would like to lodge a complaint against Tata Motors for their vehicle Tata Nano car and after sale services.

We purchased a Tata Nano (LX) in Feb 2011.
The vehicle was running well till Nov 2011. But, since Dec 2011 the car started showing problem generally the starting problem, battery getting discharged every now and then, even when the vehicle was running regularly.
We gave the vehicle for service to AADYA motors an authorized dealer in Tata Motors, located at Ring Road, Bangalore.

Even after servicing the vehicle, it is not a position to run. The vehicle gets breakdown every now and then. The company is not able to give a proper answer and solution to our problem.

Recently the vehicle got breakdown in the middle of the highway, where the break got fail and the vehicle stopped suddenly without and safety and security indication. We luckily got saved. We had our six months child with us in that vehicle.

We are not satisfied with the vehicle and the services and we have complained to Tata Motors, but no positive response.

We finally want our money back for the vehicle.
