I have 4 accounts Vodafone Mumbai – 9820184600, 9820605100, 9820202660 and one more. For the three, I have requested for 3 G services a few months ago – 1 GB for two phones and 3 GB for 9820184600. The price for 1 GB then was Rs 650 and Rs 850 for 3 GB. I just learnt that the prices were subsequently slashed to Rs 250 and Rs 400 respectively. However, Vodafone has continued to bill us at old rates. When we called them, they said that our capacities were increased based on new tariff. We never asked for more capacities and we were never asked if we wanted more capacities. We were clear what capacities we wanted and they are refusing to reduce the price for past billing, This is absolutely an unfair trade practice and exploitation of customer
