Malfunctioning of mobile phone.

Location/place: Bally,Howrah,W.B.

Name of company/service: samsung

I facing some technical problem in my mobile phone then I went so many time to samsung service center (located in howrah)
and they kept the mobile phone for long time but when they delivered the mobile phone the problem was not solved .
The mobile phone is under warranty.
