I have purchased a Dual Sim phone of Samsung Galaxy Y Duos (Model No.:GT-S6102) from B. Communication, (WZ-184, Palam Circle, New Delhi-110045, Mobile-9211678223 ) on 10.06.2012 evening. On 11.06.2012 i have inserted sims into the phone and while charging with data cable i noticed that the data cable was not working properly and also the ear phone was not working properly. On 13.06.2012, I have called on toll free customer care no.:30308282 and informed them about the problems encountered with freshly unpacked mobile unit & accessories. Then I have visited the Service Centre no. 0006070987, Samsung India Electronics Pvt. Ltd. (Address: CC-28, Nehru Enclave, KA, Delhi-110019) on 14.06.2012. They kept my mobile with defective accessories and told me to come back after getting the call from samsung service centre. After approx. 2 hours I received the call from Samsung and they informed me that both the accessories are defective & they agreed to replace the ear phone but told me that I have to purchase th data cable. After persistent enquiry they told me that this is due to user defect, which is completely wrong (because the box was unpacked in front of B. Communication person).
Then I have visited to the Dealer from where I have purchased the unit, but they are also not taking any responsibility.
So I am feeling very helpless. I request you to please help me out to resolve the issue, so the I can get back a new data cable.
