1. I had purchased a Voltas AC 2 ton Split unit on 05th July from Electronic store at supermart near galleriaat amount of 40000 rupees incl accessories .
2. The unit was installed but became non functional(unit not cooling) the second day.
3. Till date after repeated reminders no technician has reported
4. there was my sons wedding and for that i had installed the ac ..but this caused lot of inconvenience and harassment/embarrassement to me .and spoilt my mental peace/
