Mal-Functioning of ICICI ATM resulting to a loss of Rs. 5,000/-

Location/place: durgapur, west bengal

Name of company/service: ICICI Bank (ATM)

I,Kingshuk Gupta, S/B account holder of Andhra bank (A/C No. 151810011000745), Hem Sheela Branch, Durgapur,West Bengal tried to withdraw an amount of Rs.10,000/- from ATM of ICICI burrabazar branch, kolkata on 21/05/2012 at 12.36 PM. But eventually I got Rs.5000/- and my account was debited by Rs. 10000/-. I lodged a complain regarding the same (Complain No. 1518000034) at my bank, but after 2 days i reeceived a negative reply from DIT-ATMINTERCHANGE.I am clueless about what to do since not only i incurred a loss of Rs. 5000/- but also proved to be a liar. Please help
