I had booked a cab on 02 Aug 2012 at 1300h for my family to travel from Punjabi bagh to Vasant Kunj. Confirmation of booking received at 1310h booking ID No A080207041. Cab was booked for a pickup at 1615hours on 02 Aug from 11/71 Punjabi bagh New Delhi.
I was in the middle of very important meeting when I received a SMS from easy cab at 1605h stating non availability of Cab.
I was in Noida Sector 6 when i received this message. My family was on road, no auto/cabs were available on street due to rakshabandahan Rush.
I lost my mental peace messed up a deal in a meeting, was worried about my family.
I drove like mad from Noida to Punjabi Bagh to pick my family from road side I reached them at 1945 h
agony we all went through has no words to say. Cab service not ready to take my call
If they had to cancel they could have informed me giving some time to react
This definitely need an attention and I should be compensated for agony me and my family went through also the loss of huge project as I have to leave the board room to fetch my family.
May I request to hear this request of retired Army officer for whom service is of paramount importance.
i do have faith in our consumer court
