mahindra dealer does not care for customer

Dear Sir,
I had given my car Verito ( GJ-2 BD 3469 )at mahindra dealer show room ( Shreeji Motors ) mehsana due to break down on 12th of july 2012 on evening 8:00 clock. Next day first they told me to carry my car it’s ok but while i went to take my car they made new story that there was batry problem in car after few minute they check car and told me there was alternator problem.
Now they told me to pay alternator cost which is 28000/- which can not be claim ( it’s still in warranty )they refuse to claim because of once my car was got accident.
So i like to know there is any provision once accident happen next time we can not claim.
Please help me as soon as possible.
