I am having a Mahindra bolero Pikup, when i have sent my vehicle to service center on 13-march-2012, the complain was the engine oil leakage and normal free service, they did the service but the leakage problem was not sort out, so on 15-may -2012 when i was taking my vehicle to service center i noticed few things,
Vehicle was out of engine oil.
it was over heated
noise was cumming from engine
it was not starting.
when it starts it was making much more vibration.
so i decided to put 3 liters of engine oil and took the vehicle to service center by towing it. by few days they didn’t gave any response and then they said that we have to take approval from mahindra as your vehicle is under warranty, on 21-may-2012 they signed a paper from me saying that you are approving to open the engine.
23-may-2012 they said that we are not having any time to open the engine for 45 days. their language was very rude.
Last time also they did the same for my Mahindra Maximo UP-16-T7169 you can get the vehicle history also and now they are giving me mental harassment. kindly do something in this regard.
i have taken this on installments and my installments dates are comming near and if i wont get the vehicle serviced then how would i will able to earn money.
