i booked a hotel for mussorie from yatra.com and they told me everything is booked but when i reached to my destination the hotel people said we haven’t received any mail or request from yatra .com and when i called yatra people they told me to take refund and they spoiled my whole goddamn holiday and now i am coming back to delhi
