Dear Sir,.

I have purchased LYF Water-1 mobile on 24-07-2017 then mobile has manufacturing fault like hang,not charging etc. 2 times i will go service center for repair you can also track record.

now this mobile is not on then i will go for service center and demand charges for repair in warranty peroid.

This is not right information and my handset not damage only back cover and side break no damage any hardware parts like pin,screen,jacks etc. and no physical damaged. back cover and sides are not consider in damage mobile and there is no effect for mobile working. if any hardware parts are physicaly damage then consider in physical damage.

Mobile handset is only open in your authorized service center only because mobile is manufacturing fault in starting then i will go for your service. you will track my handset information from your service center how many times are open.

Kindly, please replaced my handset because this manufacturing faulty mobile when i purchased. this is third time problem are raising.

I will go for service center but he is demanding charges Rs-5040 then my purchased mobile cost is Rs-6300/- how can i pay for this amount due to mobile is under warranty.

If your are not able to repair or change my handset send me mail and accept you are doing fraud with innocent customers. then lodge a case in Consumer Court against your LYF company.
