Luggage damaged by rats in AC Compartment

I was a passenger with family in Train No. 12625 Tvm-NDLS Kerala Exp (PNR No.443-9237876)Seat No. 58,59,61 &62
B-2(AC-3).I have experienced a very bad journey as my luggage has been badly damaged by rats and I have suffered heavy loss due to this menace.It is very
regrettable that even after repeated complaints by the passengers, the Railway Authority is not taking suitable measures to stop this menace. If any procedure to get any compensation to my damaged articles please inform. Very unfortunate incident. C.George, 09466484447
