I would like to turn your focus on the below link were many customers of sec-37 Faridabad have raised their voice against the services provided by Mohan & Mohan Gas service, but nothing have changed as the complains have never been taken care of & so they service provider is least bothered of the customer problem & pain. http://www.consumercomplaints.in/complaints/mohan-amp-mohan-indane-distributors-faridabad-c19500.html
Request if someone can do a bit of their job with responsibility as understand the problem of the people. Consumer forum team has several rights & authority to correct things if its been understood correctly as that right & authority is not with the common man & so we expect it to be helped out here.
