Low Voltage and irregular Powercuts

Dear Sir,
I would like to lodge a complaint against Tamilnadu Electricity Board, Chennai.
I reside at 5/3, 5th Pillayar Kovil Street, Ekkattuthangal, Chennai-32.
The issue is we are experiencing Low voltage problems for few months and we have been calling (30times and more) and complaining for the same. As on date we have paid all our bills on time and as a consumer I feel that the Board has to respond properly and solve the issue but they have been saying that, they are looking into the issues for years now but in vain.
I would like to drag the respective officers and punish them on this issue.
