dear Sir,
i had purchase a mobile(samsung galaxy note N7000) on 4th March of 2012.
at the time of purchase they have told me that your mobile is insured for that they have taken of rs 250 cash from me.but they haven’t provide my bill for that they told me that it will show in our system.yesterday my mobile was stolen i have visited the croma store they are giving any response
so please sir its my humble request to help me out from this problem.
