We had taken home loan from ICICI in 2003 after surrendering orginal document of purchase of home from MHADA, when we reapporached ICICI for original docuements,after lot of follow up they confirmed helplessness and loss of documents. The follow up and loss of documents has led to loss of time and money including disturbance of mental peace, we claim Rs.90Lacs from ICICI. Please help
