Loss of article and no acceptance

Location/place: Gaffar Market

Name of company/service: iApple store

Dear sir/madam,

The aforementioned store has lost a phone i had given for repair.
The shopkeeper is not ready to accept his mistake and tells me to come the next.
This has been happening for the past 8 months and i am fed up.

Please help me out of this situation.
I have the receipt given by the shopkeeper.
