Name of company/service: vodafone
In spite of my paying the bill for the month of april on 20/05/2012 vodafone has deactivated my outgoing calls since 28/05/2012. I went to there customer care center and showed them the receipt ( no.204820 dated 20/05/2012 ) for the payment I made to their collection franchise (M/S fast forward ). There executives turned deaf ear to my complaint and said me to do whatsoever I can but they will not resume my services before 48 hours . Till date I am not able to avail my services after many conversations with their executives and have already incurred heavy losses due to all this discomfort caused.
