Name of company/service: Reliance Communication
Dear sir /madam,
I am customer of reliance communication since last three years with my mobile no. 9352585846 & landline no. 0141-3116625. but due to wrong information by your one of customer care executive on date 09-03-2010 for recharging amount of my landline for lifetime incoming now I am tolerating the mental harrassment. As it is the main lanline no of my home I am unable to recieve call due to wrong info by your one of customer care executive.
Actually the whole matter is, when my lanline no. 0141-3116625 completed its two complete year its incoming facility has been barred as it was with free incoming for two years only. When one of your recharging agency holder confirmed charges from reliance customer care for Lifetime incoming free. he got it that I should recharge it from a value of Rs. 215 for lifetime incoming. I allowed him to do this on 9th of March -2010 & he recharged it. But I shocked to know that It was wrong recharge when my incoming facility has been barred againg by saying by reliance customer care executive that I should recharge again it by Rs. 399 as the earlier charge was only for 15 days.
I have also logged a complaint on 25th march-2010 ( complaint no.–122428812) but I am not recieving the proper answer for my wrong charged amount.
As it is my main landline no. I am losing my reputation also.
Dear sir it is not matter of just Rs. 215 its all for company”s poor service. Please confirm me what should I do in That condition
