Loop mobile’s wrost customer service loop mulund galary

I have taken new loop sim card from loop galary on 28 nov 2012 today the date is 11 dec 2012 still my card is not activated..i have paid 52 rs but still my card is not activated.for what i paid???,,.i called to loop customer care to advise me on fileing complaint againt the loop galary mulund.but there is no such option available for customer. on 28th nov i submitted my doc and paid 52 rs. it was told to me that your card will be activated in four days,,again i went to galary to ask what happened with my card.executive replied your documents got rejected i asked the reason behind the rejection but i havent got the ans. again on 3 dec i went to galary for reactivation .i fill up new fresh from because again i went to ask about activation of my sim on 8 dec 2012 executive replied that your card will get active by 11 dec 2012 today i called to customer care to ask about why my card is not yet activated no ans was given to me,as well as my card is still inactive
