I bought one Laptop Dell from Malaysia having three year on site International Warranty.
The system start giving me trouble and hence requested Dell for replacement in India and they have replaced with 3 times but in vain.
Even the third time system was having some problem and hence they asked me to send back for inspection and I have sent the system back to them but after that when they have sent the system back to me it was received by me Dead on Arrival (DOA).
I have all necessary evidence for the same.
Dell is giving me mentally harassment and wasting my time.
Please look into the matter and help me to short it out.
