LONG PENDING OF COMPLAINT

Location/place: SILVASSA (DNH)

Name of company/service: VIDEOCON WASHING M/C

I’had purchase videocon washing m/c (semi-auto)in oct/nov 2011, december onward drain out problem occured in m/c. The company has repaired. Agains there was same problems in the following months and repaired. But once again same problem occured and a lodged complaint on 11.06.12, inspite of repeated follow up/lodging the complaints to the service centre as wel as videocon company but till date not yer repaired or rectified.
Pl advise for the prompt solution. Thanks & regards.

    We are suffering since more than one month and can not wash in m/c which is resulted in self washing and laundry expenses being having washing machine at home.
    You can ref. our complaint no. SUR1106120058 (11.06.12), and mail correspondence also(can be forwarded to you if you provide the e-mail id)
    Pl do advise on priority.
