loan pre closure

Name of company/service: ICICI Bank
Sir , i have pre closed my loan in Jan 2011 but i still receive calls and mails asking payment to be made .i dont understand the collection deoartmant ask me to contact banker even then i told them that i have receipts of the same .what to do its really frustrating for us.
