Loan

Name of company/service: Hutchison Global Services

I’ve taken a personal loan of Rs 100000 from fullerton india (thane branch at panch pagadi). While taking the loan, I was advised that the interest rate would be around 20% but now when I’ve checked my documentaion it is around 36% and for a tenure of 4 years. I would like to know if the amount I’m paying is correct and I’ve not received proper assistance from the branch (specifically Manish Chanvan) to explain this. Please assist at the earliest. My Loan account details are:
1) 026025000051390 which was closed to allow the top up loan.
2) 026025000065110 current loan
