I purchased 2 pairs of mattresses from Krishna Handlooms a dealer of LIbra mattresses last year, however within a year all the mattresses havs sagged. Despite repeated complaints no one had addressed the complaint. The phone lines don’t work and if at all someone picks up, they don’t direct the phone to the right department. They usually they will make someone call back but that never happens.
