lg the company with worst customer care

i have a lg plasma tv
its panel got faulty so i just complained customer care, after a long talk and a lot of proof given by me that i have a 3yr AMC plan they got it replaced without any chares

but after the panel got changed the tv is in same condition

i again complain the customer care but there is no response from there side
