we had purchased a Split AC unit 1 Ton on 7 July 2010 under 1 year warranty. the AC unit used for 25 days only problem with water leak, complained to Broker / LG, problem was rectified but stopped cooling after few days. complained again and registered next year summer 22 June 2011. problem with AC gas leakage . The unit of AC is completely Non functional for for 2 years. Mr Satish Bhatia Service manager for LG confirmed a visit but no action has been taken . I am myself Retd Senior Government servant . we have been cheated by LG electronics. Please help.
