LG provide the worst services and cheat the customer. Never ever purchase LG AC. They says they provide 1 year warrenty on AC but no technician come in that one year period if you complain. They come after one year and ask money.
I have purchased AC in March 2011. In warrenty period i have raised a request but the technician came after the warrenty period and said there is gas leakage. Due to which my family member was falling sick. We have called many time to LG AC Area manager but they says we do not have any complain in warrenty period. This is how they cheat the customer and earn money.
